to read and I
constantly find him
reading instead of

Sometimes he will

done on time and done well.
He tends to help out his
classmates if they dont
understand something and is
a good helper to me.
Behavior/ Discipline Plan
Ms. Sansone uses auction money for both good
and bad behavior.
She hands it out if students are being quiet, are
participating, or are behaving well.
On the other hand, she uses it as a punishment
if you are not following directions or
misbehaving.
She requests money back if you are not following
her rules.
This system is used in all the fourth grade classes
at Three Oaks.

*The money has the faces of all the fourth grade
teachers on it.*
Gifted and Special
Education Students
In this particular fourth grade class, there is a good
mixture of students.
She has 3 gifted students, 4 special education
students, and 12 general education students.
She has to accommodate to the wide range of
education levels by splitting the class into smaller
groups and working with them individually on what
they are capable of for multiple subjects.
By having such a wide ranged classroom, she has to
work to find a way to challenge all of her students
appropriately. She does this by finding a balance
where no students are stuck misunderstanding what
they are learning and no students are bored because
of the lack of challenge.
