In line with our faith, we have several devotions to express our faith to our
Lord. Pagbasng Pasyon is one of many devotions. I learned that in devoting our
life to God, we have to be sincere. Having a pure intention through devotion is
all that matters. I have come to realize that it is not really easy to devote our
whole selves. It is a major challenge for all of us. I learned that being devoted
does not only mean through words, it requires concrete actions. I also learned
that all devotions also entail time and effort. We have to learn to sacrifice as a
way of giving back to Jesus for all that He has done for us.
