    Before doing any neigong you should cultivate: kindness (liver),

    compassion (heart), openess (spleen), courage (lungs) and benevolence


    (kidneys).

    This is the first step in neigong.

    After you fuse the elements in dantian you should see a white light in upper
    dantian.

    After the white light becomes red-golden the elixir is supposed to be run in
    MCO.

    Because the golden elixir has all elements inside it fused together.

    Until you achieve this everything you do you exacerbate whatever you have
    inside.

    If you have anger you exacrebate anger. (liver)
    If you have fear you exacerbate fear. (kidney)
    If you have cowardice you exacerbate cowardice (lungs)
    If you have worries you exacerbate worries (spleen)
    If you have hatred you exacerbate hatred (heart)
