Amazing Coconut Pie

Makes one 9-inch pie
Ingredients:
1 cup su!ar
cup "##-purpose $#our
2 cups mi#k
cup butter% me#te&
' e!!s% beaten (e##
1 teaspoon )ani##a e*tract
2 cups shre&&e& coconut% s(eetene& or uns(eetene&
Directions:
1. +eat the o)en to '5,-F. .i!ht#y !rease a 9/ pie pan%
usin! butter or )e!etab#e oi#.
2. 0n a me&ium bo(#% combine the su!ar an& $#our an&
use a $ork or a (hisk to mi* them to!ether (e##.
'. "&& the mi#k% butter% e!!s% an& )ani##a an& stir to mi*
e)erythin! to!ether e)en#y an& (e##. Stir in the
coconut. Pour the $i##in! into the pie pan.
