5 Plan f or Fut ure Act ion (Sect ion III)
This project is unique, because it has t he pot ent ial t o be self -sust aining even af t er t he init ial f unding has run out . Even if it is not f ully self -sust aining, t his may be a good candidat e f or apart ment s t o budget if t hey see result s, not just f inancially, but posit ively f or t heir resident s and also an improvement of t he garbage loose on t he grounds of t heir complexes. This may also be a good sororit y or f rat ernit y communit y project or f undraiser as t he dat a gat hered can be indicat ive of t he direct impact of f unding such a vent ure. It is my hope t hat t he project will become self -sust aining or t he cost of which will be picked up by t he apart ment complexes or t he communit y f or t he bet t erment of all. Project progress and out comes will be measured by Dave Weat herhorn, will be analyzed by Olivia Feat herbot t om, and will be document ed t o t he communit y via websit e, symposium, art icles and possible billboard by me, Amber LaVigne. We will document weight and volume of changed ref use t o recycling as well as t he f inancial impact of selling of recyclables and ot her changes t hat are relevant .
