WorldVentures Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (WorldVentures) has designed our Compensation Plan to reward Independent
Sales Representatives for (1) successfully selling WorldVentures travel products and (2) successfully building sales organizations
by recruiting, training, and motivating others to do the same.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Lineage Organization
The Lineage Organization is very simple: Who sponsored whom? If a Representative personally spon-
sored seven Representatives, then he/she has seven diferent lines (sometimes called legs) of Lin-
eage. Each is independent from the other, and each will probably have a diferent number of Active
Representatives and Customers over time. A Representatives Lineage Organization only includes Rep-
resentatives and Customers added through direct line of sponsorship and is independent of the Sales
Organization. (See Fig. 1)
Sales Organization
The Sales Organization is built on a Sales Tree. Each Representative has a lef side and a right side in the
Sales Tree. It looks like the example in Figure 2. A new Representative, on enrollment, will be placed in the
next available place in the Sales Tree.
Sales credits are allocated in accordance with the Worldventures Sales Credit List.
COMMISSIONS & BONUSES
Direct Commissions
WorldVentures pays Representatives a Direct Commission for every sale target (accumulated) of a Product. The Direct Commis-
sion is paid to the Customers Enroller with product and services purchase based on Sales Credits.

No Direct Commissions are paid on Sales Credit lesser than 1.
Accumulative of RM62 equals to 1 Sales Credit.
Direct commission will be paid continuously based on sales target.
Commissions and bonuses expressed in this Compensation Plan are based on the exchange rate of $1 to RM3.1. The conver-
sion rate varies from time to time. The actual payout will be subject to your bank exchange rate applicable at that time and
other charges imposed by your bank.
Weekly Bonuses
Customers generated by a WorldVentures Representatives make product purchases and
then pay a monthly maintenance fee. Weekly Bonuses are based and paid on the payment
made by Customers in relation to their product purchases generated by the Representa-
tives entire Sales Organization. The Representative accumulates sales credits based on the Product purchase each Customer
makes.
One cycle is generated for every three (3) Sales Credits on the lef side that match up with three (3) Sales Credits on the right
side of the Representatives Sales Organization. Each Weekly Bonus cycle pays up to RM310. Every sixth Weekly cycle pays 100
TravelDollars in lieu of the RM310 Cycle Bonus.
All Representatives will earn double cycles for their first eight (8) full weekly pay periods from the time of enrollment. This will
result in RM620 Cycle Bonuses and awards of 200 TravelDollars. Additionally, regardless of enrollment date, in the event that a
Representative earns three (3) or more cycles in a single weekly pay period, up to four (4) Cycle Bonuses paid out that week will
be doubled. Double Cycles are limited to a maximum of four (4) per week. Any cycles earned beyond the initial four (4) in a given
week will be paid at the regular value of RM310, based on the Representatives rank limitations.
Director Bonus
When a Representative achieves the Director rank within twelve (12) full weekly pay periods, he/she will earn RM15,500.
DreamCar Bonus
When a Representative achieves the Regional Marketing Director level, WorldVentures pays them up to RM3,100 monthly as a
DreamCar Bonus. This bonus increases to up to RM4,650 monthly when he or she reaches International Marketing Director.

Requirements:
(a) It must be new car;
(b) Purchase or lease is acceptable;
(c) Must place WorldVentures logo, available for purchase from WorldVentures, in a visible location.
WorldVentures will make payment to the Representative, up to RM3,100 monthly (RM4,650 at the International Marketing Director
Level). WorldVentures will issue bonus to Representative in the amount of the actual car payment, up to but not exceeding the
monthly maximum (e.g., Representative with a RM2,173 car payment would only receive a bonus of RM2,173).
Payments by WorldVentures will be maintained as long as Representative maintains Regional Marketing Director status. If a pur-
chase, it must be within the last three (3) model years. If pre-owned, it must look new.
DreamHouse Bonus
WorldVentures pays Representatives who achieve the International Marketing Director level a DreamHome Bonus of up to
RM9,300 monthly.
Requirements:
(a) Can be a new home or Representatives existing home;
(b) Can be an apartment, condo, or house;
(c) Can be leased or purchased;
(d) Must fully document that residence belongs to the Representative.
WorldVentures will make payment to the Representative, up to RM9,300 monthly. WorldVentures will issue the bonus to the
Representative in the amount of the actual home payment, up to but not exceeding the monthly maximum (e.g., Representative
with a RM7,761 home payment would only receive a bonus of RM7,761). Payments by WorldVentures will be maintained as long as
Representative maintains International Marketing Director status.
Training Dollars
WorldVentures has arrangements with external trainers and speakers to provide training such as personal development and busi-
ness skills. TrainingDollars can be redeemed toward the price of many of these training events and have a one (1) Training Dollar
to RM3.10 (Ringgit Malaysia) redemption value.
When a Representative personally acquires six (6) Sales Credits within a rolling calendar of four (4) full weekly pay periods or less,
in addition to the RM775 Personal Sales Bonus, once per month he/she will also be awarded 100 TrainingDollars.
TravelDollars
TravelDollars may be redeemed only through the Company and are designed to reward Representatives by covering some or all
of the costs of their travel experiences. TravelDollars can be redeemed through the Company and used by any Representative
booking regular travel on a reimbursement basis. Afer providing the necessary receipts and proof of travel, WorldVentures will
reimburse the said Representative.
Each trip needs to be booked and paid in full before the TravelDollars expiration date. Partial TravelDollars cannot be used for any
particular trip. A Representative must have enough TravelDollars for the entire travel package or travel fare. No partial reimburse-
ments will be issued. Travel must have been consumed/taken prior to submitting reimbursement request. Air, Car, Hotel, and
Cruise bookings are eligible for redemption. In addition, airport parking, as well as transfers (including taxis, shuttles, and car
service) are included. Entertainment and food expenses (including hotel amenities, mini-bar, room service, etc.) are not eligible.
TravelDollars expire if not used within one (1) year from the date awarded.
TravelDollars are not transferable, but can be redeemed within ones immediate family. Immediate family is defined as the Repre-
sentatives spouse and dependent children.
WINGS & WHEELS
The Wings & Wheels Program is a part of the Compensation Plan that allows Representatives to earn a car bonus quickly. Repre-
sentatives can earn a payment toward the purchase of a BMW by creating RM15,500 in combined lineage sales volume in a month.
No more than 33% can be contributed by any one Lineage Organization towards the RM15,500 total.
The Wings & Wheels Car Bonus will be added to a Representatives monthly commission check, paid out on the 15th of every
month, as long as he/she qualify for the Bonus. For example the pay schedule would look like this:
Month 1: RM930
Month 2: RM930
Month 3: RM1860 (with a silver BMW) or RM930 (cash option)

ACTIVE STATUS REQUIREMENT
Representatives must be Active to be eligible to
accumulate sales credit or to earn specific commis-
sions and bonuses. A Representative becomes/re-
mains Active by paying his/her monthly installment
fee and once the Representative becomes Active,
he/she begins to accumulate sales credit toward
earning commissions and bonuses.
