Mare Sports Ltd is a well established and protable
business focusing on the water sports market in
the Seychelles. In light of the owners retirement he
would like to nd a buyer for the company. In brief,
the company and assets will be included in the
negotiated price of SR1.3 million.
The principle assets include a glass bottom boat called
the Sea star, equipped with a Suzuki four stroke,
115 twin horse power engine and measuring 34ft. The
secondary asset includes a 17ft boat named the Mini
Mahe, also equipped with a Suzuki four stroke engine.
Other assets include a Toyota Land Cruiser with a 3.8cc
diesel engine, barbecue and catering equipment, as well
as poratable furniture.
The business comprises of more than just physical
assets the companys name and goodwill will be
included. Furthermore, an extensive portfolio of
contacts and existing business partners.

Customers are usually picked up and brought to
the St Anne Marine Park around 9am. Once there,
travellers get a chance to look through the glass panel
and see the sea bed as the boat is moving. Tours are
provided to some of the nearby inner islands. This is
later followed by a snorkelling session (jackets and
snorkelling gear included).
A seafood BBQ lunch is served with wine on one of
the exotic island beaches (hence the inclusion of BBQ
equipment and portable furniture). The travellers are
brought back to the marina around 4pm.
