Weekly Schedule Principals,
Great leaders have the ability to surround them- selves with great individuals. According to Gal- lup, the best leaders have the following qualities: They are always investing in strengths. They surround themselves with the right peo- ple and maximize their talents. They understand their followers needs.
Why do they follow? People follow leaders for very specific reasons. When asked, followers are able to describe what they need from a leader. They want trust, com- passion, stability and hope. As a leader, we can- not survive without the support from the follow- ers. In addition, leaders should actively seek in- dividuals with different backgrounds, different experiences, and different skills to build a team a team that is a great asset to an organization.
