Form 1: Form 1 will be sent to all schools with a request of CTMUN 2015 participation confirmation. This form will be adopted as a reference when assigning countries to school delegation. Please tell us how many delegates AND observers you will be bringing. Also, please indicate if you would like to have Security Council (SC) countries. Please ensure that we receive Form I back (email is preferred) by the due date.
Form 2: Form 2 will be delivered by e-mail with a spreadsheet attachment. School directors will receive Form 2 as soon as we receive your Form 1. Please insert the following details in English on the spreadsheet: Local Version 1. Name of delegates in the respective committees; (including both Chinese and English name) 2. Gender & Date of Birth & ID Number; (for two-day insurance) 3. Dietary Restrictions.

Dress Code: At CTMUN, all delegates are expected to wear formal attire. Male delegates are expected to wear long sleeve shirts, a tie and trousers. Shirts should always be tucked in, buttoned up and sleeves rolled down. Jackets or suits are not mandatory. Delegates should wear dress shoes, preferably black or brown. Female delegates are expected to wear a dress or trousers/skirt with a dress shirt/blouse. Delegates should wear dress shoes / sandals. All clothing must be appropriate.
