I collaborated with team members to help create a new marketing plan. I used data to segment target
markets/clients. I used demographics to recruit new clients to our company, as well as created data
spreadsheets for prospective clients. In addition, I used social media tools to help promote the
company brand and assisted in all daily operations of the company.

I am responsible for recruiting customers for catering, parties, and fundraisers. I work as the event
host during all major events within the restaurant. In addition, I am responsible for managing nightly
shifts and daily operations when present at the restaurant. I manage other employees during my
shifts, and as a leadership role of the business as a key holder, I open and close the restaurant on
specific shifts. Lastly, I manage social media accounts for the business to help promote the company
brand.
