Reflection of the year
This year math was extremely hard for me. I learned that in order to understand how to solve a equation or
solve any type of problem, you will need to pay attention in class while the teacher is explaining the mini lesson because if
not, than you'll have a hell of a time struggling and asking your friends for help. There wasn't really a topic that was
difficult for me. The main struggle that i had was remember how to solve the equation, and remembering all of the
formulas, and steps included to get the correct answer.I made a proactive move and started to take plenty of notes on all
the work that was given to me, so that next time i'm giving a equation to solve, all i would have to do is look in my notes.
Thats how i overcame my weakness i math. taking notes is very important.
This class was not only hard and difficult, but at the same time it was fun to learn new things because having
a class full of beginners who also don't really understand what we are being thought, is cool because we can work
together and know that we are on the same page, no one is ahead of anybody. i know that learning about new things is
going to really benefit me in the feature because in the real world people use a lot of math believe it or not. That is why i
never get upset when our teacher gives us To much To me there is not such thing as to much, i believe that a lot of work
fun and its only doing you better.
To all you incoming algebra 1 students coming up next year please, take notes because there's nothing
more important than having a backup teacher. A back up teacher to me is a notebook and pull out of my bag and alay be
willing to help me with whatever i need help in or i=even with reminders, for example; lets say i forgot how to solve
quadratic equations :( all i will do is take my notebook out and flip to the page where we learned about quadratic
equations. You'll never have a problem in math or in your tests if you decide to take notes from the beginning of the year.
Thats one thing i wish i did different this year. it would of gotten me much better grades.

2 X 5x = 10x
2 X10 = 20
