They help our body work properly and we need vitamins to grow.
Theyre found in milk, carrots, oranges and leafy greens.
We need vitamins sometimes daily, unless you eat healthy. DAILY FOOD PLAN FOR A TEENAGER To Eat Breakfast: Cereal, toast, pancakes, bacon and eggs. Morning Tea: A snack or two such as a biscuit and some crackers. Lunch: A sandwich and another snack. Afternoon Tea: Some fruit and maybe some dairy. Dinner: Vegetables, meat and possibly some fruit. Supper: Some biscuits.
To Drink Breakfast: Some milk, water or juice Morning Tea: Some water Lunch: Some water Afternoon Tea: Water or juice (only if you didnt have juice for breakfast ). Dinner: Water Supper: Hot drink such as milo or tea.
