Sniping
The Sniper is an Expert at striking targets beyond
the range most would consider reasonable. When
taking a shot at long range, the sniper adds half
their Intelligence Modifier to attack and damage.
When taking a shot beyond normal range
expectations, he/she adds her full Intelligence
modifier to the attack and damage.

All or Nothing
This feature allows the sniper to deliver a single
devastating blow to an opponent instead of
multiple, smaller attacks. All or nothing combines
all the attacks that can be done with a single
weapon, including those from action surge, into
one attack. If the attack hits, the sniper deals all
the damage from their possible attacks + his/her
intelligence modifier/ each attack. If the hit is
critical, the total damage is multiplied by two. If the
attack misses, no damage is dealt.
This ability can be used 1/day at 7th level,
2/day at 14th level, and 3/day at 20th.

Eagle Eyes
Snipers develop enhanced senses of sight as
result of their strenuous training. At 10th level, the
sniper gains the ability to detect movement up to
three
times further than average soldiers. This is
reflected in a tripling of weapon range (all shots
taken at long or out of typical weapon range are
still given Intelligence modifier to attack and
damage). The Sniper can also see in dim lighting
as if it were normal.

Magic Bullet
A snipers shots strike so precisely that they can
even damage creatures immune to non-magical
weapons. A snipers attacks can harm creatures
with up to +3 magical resilience, however, their
magical resilience imposes a negative to the
snipers attack equal to the targets magical
resilience (A monster only hit by +3 or better
weapons imposes a -3 to the snipers attack.
Another way to think about it is that the creature
gains that +3 th their armor class.).

Devastating Accuracy
If the target is unaware of the snipers presence,
and is not engaged in combat, attacks dealt by the
sniper always deal double damage, if the sniper is
using a sniper rifle or marksman rifle. If the attack
lands a critical hit, it does not deal double
damage, but casts Power Word, Kill as a
secondary effect.
