How to install the system in trial?
The Trend Blaster Trading System For Amibroker trial installer file is available for all at our site
StockManiacs.net at http://www . stockmaniacs . net/trendblaster . html. Download the file
Trend_Blaster_Trading_System_Trial_Version.exe to desktop by right clicking and selecting Copy Link Location
V. V. Imp: We strictly recommend deactivating any Antivirus software and firewalls before the installations
and usage of Trend Blaster Trading System. Once the installer file is downloaded double click on the installer.
Now follow the on-screen instructions to install from the file. During the installation the installer file will find
installation folder and will automatically place necessary DLL files and AFL or Amibroker Formula Files into


appropriate directories. If your Amibroker is installed in any other location than C:\Program Files\Amibroker
and the installer cannot automatically find it, then kindly type the appropriate location manually.
Please follow the default on-screen instructions to complete the installation of the trading system files to your
PC. If you are not familier with software installations please contact our helpdesk before first time usage and
first time installation. We recommend Windows XP or above and Intel Pentium IV or above for the system.
Please use a high speed broadband connection for smooth running of Trend Blaster Trading System in your
computer. Please deactivate / remove all anti-virus software for smooth running of Trend Blaster.
How to activate the system in trial?
Once the system is installed it will automatically run the Hardware ID as follows. If not manually locate in your
Amibroker installation folder (look for HWID.exe) and run it. Hardware ID is also available at your start
menu at Trend Blaster program group. It will show your hardware id like the following screenshot.


Copy the hardware id and mail it to us at helpdesk@stockmaniacs . net or you may also send in your hardware
ids using the LEAVE A MESSAGE buttons in our site. We will mail you back a name, registration code like the
following.
Name: Indrajit Mukherjee
Registration code: A8WBRUH-68P3U-SFMPAZLZ33-JJNJN-L9WUE-PC3Y3-B8UNX-5GJCS-SGD63.
Now run Amibroker. It will ask for the Name and the Registration code like the following. Copy and paste the
details that you got in our mail to that window and click OK.
You may ask for remote support for trial activation. Now run Amibroker. This will confirm you about the DLL
has got installed like following. Click on OK.


In your Amibroker keep START time of interval radio button selected in Tools Preferences Intraday as in
the following image.

How to install the system after purchase?
Kindly remove any trial installation of Trend blaster Trading System using Add/Remove Programs in control
panel. The Trend Blaster Trading System For Amibroker paid version installer file is available for paid clients
through mail only. Download the file Trend_Blaster_Trading_System_Setup.exe to desktop by right clicking
the link received in mail and install from the installer. Life-time purchasers should join the Yahoo group
at http://finance . groups . yahoo . com/group/trendblaster. Please login with your Yahoo id & password to receive
future updates. Others all trial seekers login to our site as per the link in StockManiacs.net.

Now you will see the AFL or Amibroker formula file Trend Blaster V2. 00 is installed in the
Amibroker\Formulas\Custom folder. Click on the + sign beside the Custom folder to locate it from the charts

Double click on the file Trend Blaster V2.00 and load into a blank chart page like the following image.
You will not be able to see the signals until we activate the system from our servers. Once we receive your
request mail and your hardware id with your full contact details, we will mail back once the system is registered
for your system.


Now restart Amibroker and you will be able to see the system working and showing signals like the following
image.
How to use the system after installation?
You can change the default parameters by right clicking on the chart and choosing Parameters.
In the parameters you can change optimizable parameters like A, B and C and also add various studies like
trending bands, voice alerts, crossovers, support and resistances, close positions end of day etc.
Suitable Time Frame: Trend Blaster For Amibroker V1.20 can be used on any time frames starting from 1
minute to daily.
How To Trade: First look for a buy or sell signal and enter the trade. The system will automatically generate
the stop loss and also will try to indicate possible targets on the charts. Once a trade is initiated, the stop loss
will also be trailed as per market movement. Visually the arrows are the entry signals and stars are the exit
signals.
Money Management: As per money management rules we recommend traders to book 40%-50% profits in 1
st
target, 25% more at 2
nd
target and book full in 3
rd
target or run as per the trail SL.
Bar Colour: Here we can see 3 bar colours in the system. Blue is a bull bar, red is a bear bar and grey is a
neutral bar. Frequent grey bars indicate the market is in range and it is best to wait till the congestion period
breaks when you get frequent grey bars.
Does This System Works On Stocks Or Commodities Or Forex? As our system is a multi-commodity
system, it will work in any stocks, future, commodities, forex where proper liquidity is there.
Use of Trend Blaster V2.00 parameters: Right click on the chart and select parameters to see the available
parameters. One picture is worth 1000 words so watch the image below very carefully to understand proper
usage of parameters.


1. Outer panel colour: Changes the outer panel colour on the Amibroker screen.
2. Back ground colour: Changes the background colour on the Amibroker screen.
3. Message board: Show or hide the message board, by default is in hide mode as this is compatible even
with Amibroker V5.00, but if you are using Amibroker 5.30 of above it is advisable that you keep the
message board in show mode. If the message board is in SHOW option, the entry, exit signals, targets,
stop loss and market conditions will be visible in larger fonts in the message board.
4. Back ground colour: Changes the background colour on the Amibroker screen.
5. A, B and C: The optimizable parameters, one can use automatic analysis and optimize the parameters
for best results according to the underlying and time frame.


6. Show SL Line: Shows or hides the stop loss line.
7. Aggressive mode: Aggressive mode is the new addition to Trend Blaster. As the system uses multi time
frame approach the aggressive mode will try to find ongoing trades in case of a major time frame signal
change. Sometimes aggressive mode signals may look like appearing suddenly before few bars and
original signal may be missed in real time (this happens if you generally use high value of A) and in that
case traders should enter the trade immediately after locating the signal with the system adjusted trail
SL.
8. Switch to stop and reverse: Switches to normal stop and reverse system (meant for aggressive traders,
who will try to catch each and every market move).


9. Close positions end of day: Closes all open positions end of day (not applicable if you are in stop and
reverse mode).
10. Show trending bands: Add trending bands to the charts, the band slope andwidth tries to predict the
market trend and trend strength. The rising slope denotes an uptrend and the falling slope denotes a
falling trend. The more narrow the bands the more strength in the current trend and vice versa.
11. Show support and resistance: Shows important support and resistances on the charts (meant for
aggressive traders, predict reversal levels beforehand).
12. Show crossover: Add automatic moving average cross overs on the chart. Bullish cross overs confirm
bullish trend and vice versa for a bearish trend.


13. Human voice alert: Literally will tell you in human voice in case of a buy or sell signal, also it will give
voice alerts on exit signals too.
14. Email alert: Will email alerts in case of a buy or sell signal. To know more about configuring your
email client with Amibroker please see http://www.amibroker . com/guide/h_alerts . html.
15. Alert Output: In case this parameter is on Yes mode it will give visible alerts about buy / sell signals if
the View Alert Output or Window Alert Output is checked in.
16. This Alert Output or Human Voice Alert or Email Alert is very useful if you use Trend Blaster Trading
System on multiple scrips simultaneously. To open more than one scrip, say two scrip, open new blank
chart.


17. Say you now open another scrip CIPLA in the new blank chart and attach Trend Blaster Trading System
to the chart as described earlier.
18. You can open multiple charts to get Alert Output, Human Voice Alert or Email Alert on them. But in all
the scrips the Trend Blaster Trading Systems parameters the alerts should be in Yes mode.
19. Show trend line: Will draw automatic dynamic trend lines on the chart. A break of the longer trend
lines and close beyond it can initiate one sided movement in the market.


20. Plot fibonacci retracement: For Fibonacci lovers, will draw automatic Fibonacci levels on the chart.
21. Plot fibonacci as text: For Fibonacci lovers, will write automatic Fibonacci levels on the chart as text
output.
22. Market close time: By default it is 152500, adjust your market close time as per your market, keep it 5
minutes earlier than market close so that you get the signal for closing your positions. It will be needed
mainly when you use the Close positions end of day feature.
23. Margin required: Only needed in case of backtesting.
24. Lot size: Only needed in case of backtesting. Change lot sizes according to the underlying.
25. No. of lots normally traded: For best understanding of the performance, keep it 1 so that you can
understand the performance of the system in one lot trading.


Exploration For Signals: Trend Blaster will explore from your list of stocks in real time and find out buy or
sell opportunities along with complete stop loss and targets. Amibroker 5.00 or other lower version users may
not be able to use this exploration very effectively as Trial versions have limitations on number or symbols
explored.
To explore open Automatic Analysis, in the settings select Long and short and choose your desired time
frame and pick this Trend Blaster formula and click on explore.
We have added a volume filter in this exploration and any signal with blue volume is considered to be a strong
signal and historically performs well in the market than the signals with yellow volumes. See in the below
mentioned image we got 2 buy signals with blue volumes in SESAGOA and see both the signals are winners. It
does not mean that all signals with blue volume will be winners or all signals with yellow volume will be losers.


Back Test Reports & Results
Trend Blaster Trading System has been extensively tested in the Indian equity markets. We have tested it
in Nifty Index Futures from January 2008 June 2013. Every year 2008-2012 on the 1st January we have
added Rs. 50,000 in the system for trading only one lot Nifty Future and checked the result on 31st of
December. 2013 results are From January 2013 June 2013 with same testing logic.
