A Healthier Meal
Based on cholesterol alone, Wendy's is a bad choice. This one meal would meet the
daily recommended value for cholesterol and is also very high in sodium. While I
feel that we should never eat fast food burgers and fries or drink soda, the best of
these meals would probably be Burger King. They have the lowest amounts in 4 out
of 7 categories. As a middle-age woman, I am always trying to keep these numbers
below the recommended daily value with the exception of protein.
