1 July 2014: the new structure as a 2 part Fall Block (10 weeks/block) and 2 part Winter Block (10 weeks/block) Administration As it stands now: All six disciplines have DIFFERENT administration, course catalogs and grading systems
As of 1 July 2014: All six disciplines will have the SAME administration, course catalogs and grading systems
The result of this is: Sharing a catalog will reduce overhead costs Working more as a team/interdisciplinary Increase efficiency of all staff and faculty
Faculty Support Two Conference calls a month: -Applied Research Project faculty discuss student progress and review statistical analytics used in the projects -An all faculty call to discuss program updates, Bb news, positive feedback and opportunities for improvement. Journal club also included Synchronous engagement whenever possible Optional video introductions to foster connection
