ACCIDENT IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM

ABSTRACT:
Main concentration of this project is to find out the vehicle which is met with an
accident by using MEMS sensor release Air bag.
Vehicle tracking system is one of the hot topics in embedded systems industry.
By. n this project Atmel controller communicates with !"#$ %&S module and %SM
modem. 'his system will be placed in a moving vehicle. 'he Atmel controller will poll
%&S module in prefi(ed intervals and sends the vehicle location information )!atitude *
!ongitude+ to central station over %SM network.
,hen ever any accident occurs MEMS sensor detects the vibration of the vehicle
and sends mechanical force$ to A-M$ by using %&S$ we will get particular location where
accident occurs$ and then %SM sends message to authori.ed members * /01.
2ne more best feature is when ever any authori.ed people gives message to %SM
at accident location then it sends back the message of the accident location long and lat
values.
'his project uses regulated 3V$ 430mA power supply. 4103 three terminal voltage
regulator is used for voltage regulation. Bridge type full wave rectifier is used to rectify
the ac output of secondary of 5607/1V step down transformer
