MASSACHUSETTS APPEALS COURT ALLOWS


FORECLOSED HOMEOWNER TO FILE FOR NEW TRIAL,
BASED ON NEW INFORMATION/EVIDENCE
Lowell, MA, July 5, 2014 On Tuesday, the Massachusetts Appeals Court issued an order granting
leave to Foreclosed Homeowner Mohan A. Harihar, to file for new trial, based on newly

discovered information/evidence. This updated information is follow-up to both the 5/19/14 and

6/26/14 Media Alerts, which can be viewed in their entirety by clicking on the attached links (Below).
Over the 3+ year ongoing pro se legal effort by wrongfully foreclosed homeowner Mohan A.
Harihar, new information and evidence has steadily come forth, in support of Mr. Harihars consistent
claims of civil/criminal misconduct by Lender US Bank NA, Mortgage Servicer Wells Fargo NA,
retained counsel Nelson Mullins LLP, and Harmon Law Offices PC prior retained counsel for US
Bank NA who withdrew from this matter, and is under investigation for wrongful foreclosure & eviction
practices.
Pending the outcome of ongoing litigation in the MA Appeals Court, Mr. Harihar is additionally
preparing for transfer of this entire matter to Federal Court, and to address numerous concerns with
the MA/US Inspectors General.
