Formats to be done in Word document

In File – page setup - margins ::::::::: set these options
Margins : Top & Bottom = 0.4
Left & Right = 0.2
In File – page setup – paper ::::::::: set these options
Page size should be set to A4 size. (Width 8.27 - Height 11.69)
In File – page setup – margins or layout ::::::::: set these options
Header and footer margin should be 0”
In Format-paragraph- spacing ::::::::: set these options
Before: 0 pt, after: 6 pt.

1. Font style should be set “TIMES NEW ROMAN”.

2. Font size should be 12.
3. Page zoom should be 90 %.
4. Text Alignment should be same as PDF file and Type the text as
appears in the PDF file. Font style should be in Regular mode, Italics
not needed.
5. Justification is not necessary anywhere in the file. Everything should
be in Left alignment.
6. Avoid Extra Enters, Tabs and Spaces, which are considered as
errors.
7. After each line completion within a Paragraph use “SHIFT + ENTER”
keys and once the paragraph is complete use “ENTER” key.
8. After completion of each line don’t give any space. Without giving
space press “SHIFT+ENTER”.
9. Document file should be saved same as PDF file name.
Ex : 61A-001.pdf save it as 61A-001.doc

Reasons for job rejection

1. File sent after the deadline date.
2. If Text is not set to “TIMES NEW ROMAN” font.
3. Font size other than mentioned size.
4. File is not complete.
5. File will be rejected if unwanted Shift enters, enters, paragraph spacing
mismatch, different page setup, double spaces.
6. Different name for Files.
7. File is not zipped.
8. Only document files in the Zip file is allowed. If any other file is found in
the zip file other than doc file.
9. Color text found in document.
