With reference to your above referred tender enquiry we are pleased to submit our Technical
offer as under:-
1.0 SCOPE OF WORK
Our scope of work includes Collection of Tube Plate & Baffles from your site, Re-tubing,
Testing and Supply after final Inspection.
Tube Bundle Assembly shall be made with Old Tube Plate, Baffles & New U-Tubes, Tie Rod,
Spacer, etc.

3.0 APPROVAL OF DRAWINGS & Q.A.PLAN
We will be maintain overall Dimensions of Tube Bundle. However, we will submit our
manufacturing drawing in 02 sets for your approval within 20-25 days from the date of
receipt of P.O. & manufacturing shall be started after approval of OGA Drawing.
We will submit Quality Assurance Plan for approval within 15-20 days from the date of
receipt of P.O. and we will strictly follow the approved QAP during manufacturing.

4.0TUBE TO TUBE SHEET JOINT
The joints between Tube to Tube Sheet for Tube Bundle will be Roller Expanded. Tube
Expansion will be undertaken by `Automatic Torque Controlled Tube Expansion Machine
by Roller Expander to avoid over expansion of tubes.
5.0 THE TUBES WILL BE PROCURED FROM ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REPUTED TUBES
MANUFACTURER ONLY:
Multimetals Limited, Kota.
Metal Ally Corporation, Jamnagar.
ITM, Kota/Mumbai.
6.0 INSPECTION
The Inspection of Retubed Bundle will be carried out by GGSSTPS representative as per
approved QAP & Drawings at our works. We will intimate 15 days in advance for the same.
7.0 HYDRAULIC TESTING
Retubed Bundle will be hydraulically pressure tested from tube side at 14.10 kg/cm
2
in
the presence of GGSSTPS Representative.
8.0 DOCUMENTS WILL BE FURNISHED AT DESPATCH / DURING PROCESS
The following documents will be furnished along with dispatch documents:
Material test certificates for Major Raw materials (Like Tubes) from Manufacturer or Govt.
/ Govt. Approved Test Lab.
Inspection Reports.
Hydraulic Test Certificate
Guarantee Certificate.
