Subject - Irregular attendance

Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that I am a student of B.Tech ME (3rd year,6th
sem) bearing roll no. 11 (27600711011). I am one of those students who's being
selected for guardian call for low attendance in 6th sem. The reason behind this
is that I was in Kharagpur, busy in doing training in Rashmi Metaliks Limited,
which led to an attendance of 0% in the month of January.

Kindly I request you to understand my situation and I request
you not to call my parents for low attendance.
