Service Related Questions:
Registered users using 4483, will experience
delayed replies on Monday, Wednesday,
Friday and Saturday, and days before the
Holidays
usually during lunch time and 6pm.
If you are not getting any replies from 4483,
you may escalate it to Smart directly by
dialing *888.
Kindly inform the Smart Customer service
that you are not receiving any replies from
4483 from your specific location.
Note that they will not help you with regards
to the ELOAD transaction, just the replies.

to your wallet.
At times, your ePinoyload members will try
texting shortcut words, instead of PLOAD,
they use PL0AD (0 is a zero), when they use
a wrongly spelled keyword, they will be
charged 2.50/sms.
You will receive replies of duplicate
text messages, this is for your safety
so that we wont issue a load
transaction twice. To load again, you need to make your message unique, by
adding random words or numbers at the end of your sms.
