your duties and responsibility you have completely failed on procuring the duties
which are given to you.

It was found that you were careless during your duty time at early morning shift.
Carelessness at work can result in putting people’s lives at risk and can also lead
to damages to the property.

It displays general negligence and irresponsibility on your part and hence you are
warned and also notified that any future occurrence of such nature shall attract
serious disciplinary action.

seened by Mr. SivaKumar and Mr.Pradeep.This act is a barbaric one and it spoils
the working environment and work culture.
