My warmest greetings to the Agusan del Norte Electric Cooperative Inc.
(ANECO) as you hold your 36th Annual General Membership Assembly.

ANECO is one of Buenavistas vital partners in our pursuit in utilizing our
competitive advantages in promoting productive growth geared towards
maximizing our towns potentials.
Our vision for the municipality is making our town a preferred primary
growth center for Agusan del Norte; making Buenavista one great step ahead
compared to neighboring municipalities in the province.

As we take great strides in facing new challenges in todays shifting milieu;
as we gear towards realizing our commitment to connect the people of Buenavista
to the national grid of development, LGU-Buenavista and ANECOs collaborative
undertakings has invaluably aided in effecting societal and economic
transformation in the lives of member-consumers in Buenavista.

Electricity drives the mechanism of change and development in
communities and industries; ANECO has proven itself as an effective conductor of
that electricity to power the leadership of Buenavista aspiring to carry the
municipality to cityhood. And to triumphantly tread this unprecedented path
which requires not only the capacity to dream, but most importantly, the
dedication to serve.
