The learning from ISTE related to dispositions. Technology leaders must have confidence and enthusiasm in the use of new ideas and helping others do the same. I will be using Twitter as a professional tool and resource. I am so excited about going back to my school and apply what I learned with the teachers and students at my school.
3. Describe how this field experience impacted school improvement, faculty development or student learning at your school. How can the impact be assessed?
As a technology leader, I will facilitate the use of digital tools and resources experienced at the ISTE Conference. The digital technologies learned from the conference will be used to enhance the learning experiences of the students at my school and the teachers/staff I coach.
Using these tools and resources along with researched based instruction will result in increased higher order thinking skills, student engagement, student learning and performance. Student learning impact can be assessed through observations, formative and summative assessments. Student and Teacher surveys can be implemented.
