MULTY FUNCTION BOILER TREATMENT
Xcel 330 is a liquid boiler feedwater treatment based on a blend of dispersant and inhibited which, combined,
have the ability to control scale via interference with crystal growth, corrosion via oxygen removal and the
formation of an iron film, caustic cracking and the tendency to prime. Xcel 330 is an organic compound, it does
not contribute to the Total Dissolved Solids Level (as measured by conductivity) in the boiler water and this can
result in reduced blowdown and therefore reduced fuel consumption.

Instructions :
Xcel 330 should be dosed continuously at a rate sufficient to maintain phosphate in the boiler water within a
set range, usually 80 to 150 ppm .Xcel 330 can be injected as supplied or in any convenient dilution in cool
clean water. The point of injection should be as far back in the feed system as possible, e.g. the hot well.

Handling and Safety :
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. Wash the affected area thoroughly with clean water in the event of
contact. Flush splashes to eyes immediately with copious amount of water for 15 minutes. Continious
flushing until irritation subsides.
