Survey Ambassadors EES Survey-- Please Respond--IMPORTANT
Hello all, I am e-mailing all of you because you are viewed as fantastic leaders on the unit with a positive
attitude. We (Jamie, Mandy and myself) are hoping you are willing to serve in the role of an Engagement
survey ambassador. It is not a huge commitment of your time you just need to complete a 1 hour web-x training
that you can complete from any computer that has internet access. There are three times offered next week
and you register through healthstream

Role of the Engagement Survey Ambassador:
The Survey Ambassadors will play a key role in promoting their co-workers to take the
engagement survey, answer questions and providing updates on the current participation
rate.


What a Survey Ambassador Does:
Survey Ambassadors are liaisons between the survey team, Unit/Department Leadership and
staff. I n this capacity, they are expected to:

Attend a 1-hour training session (in-person or via WebEx) that will cover the
fundamentals of the engagement survey (or review materials after-the-fact).

Help educate your coworkers about the basics of the engagement survey.

Provide regular updates on the participation rate (you will be given a link to a

Training and Support for Ambassadors:
Engagement Survey Training sessions will be offered over the next couple of weeks. These
sessions are designed to provide information and resources that will assist you in the
ambassador role. Register online through Education & Events or Healthstream. Note you may
attend the training in-person or you can join via WebEx from any computer with internet
access. Classroom space is limited so please register as soon as possible.
