7. BUYERmayexecutethecontractbyprintingitandsendingasignedcopytoSELLERinany
manneracceptabletoSELLER.Intheabsenceofasignature,digitalorotherwise,thiscontract
shallbedeemedexecutedbyBUYERregardless,whenawiretransferintheaboveamountis
madetoSELLERbyoronbehalfofBUYERintheaboveamount.
8. BUYERwarrantsthathe/sheistherightfulownerofthefundsbeingsenttopurchaseBitcoins,
andthattheywereacquiredlegally.IfBUYERisactingonbehalfofabusiness,BUYERpersonally
warrantsthathe/shehastheauthoritytoenterintosuchatransactiononbehalfofthe
business.BUYERagreestoindemnifySELLERagainstanylossesincurredasaresultofBUYER
sendingfundshe/shedoesnotlegallyown,orwhichhavebeenillegallyacquired.
REMEDIESFORNONTIMELYPAYMENT
9. IntheeventthatBUYERfailstoinitiateawiretransferpaymenttotheaccountasdescribedas
abovebeforecloseofbusinessonCLOSINGDATE,aswellasprovideevidencethatthetransfer
hasbeeninitiatedinsomerespectby1:00PMMountainDaylightTimeofthesamedaythis

10. IntheeventthatBUYERfailstocompletelyinitiatethewiretransferpaymentbycloseof
businessonCLOSINGDATE,thenumberofBitcoinstobedeliveredmaybereducedbySELLER
toreflectwhatwouldbeyieldedinabuyfromtheonlineBitcointradingwebsiteknownas
MtGoxforthesameamount.
11. BUYERshallnotberesponsibleforwiredelayscausedsolelybythebankingsystemorFederal
Reserve.Intheeventofananticipateddelay,BUYERshallpromptlynotifySELLERofthe
pertinenttransactiondetails,includingtheFederalReservereferencenumberofthewire.
GUARANTEEFORTHEBUYERINCASEOFNONDELIVERY
12. IntheeventthatSELLERfailstodelivertheBitcoinstotheaboveaddressten(10)dayspasttime
frameprovided,SELLERisinbreachofcontractforthefullamountofthetransactionplusa
penaltywhichaccruesattherateof35percentperannum.SELLERshallalsobeliabletoBUYER
forallattorney,travel,andcourtcostsincurredincollectingtheamountwithpenalty,inthe
eventthatBUYERprevails.
13. However,SELLERmaycurethebreachwithinthatsameten(10)daytimeperiod,byrefunding
theentireamounttoBUYER,alongwith$100tocoverBUYERswiretransfercosts.Ifthevalue
ofBitcoinshasincreased(ascalculatedbyMtGoxmethod),SELLERmustalsopaydoublethe
valueofanysuchincreaseinordertocurethebreachandavoiddefault.
14. Partiesshallnotberesponsibleforreasonabledelaysincurredbythebankingsystembeyond
partiescontrol.Partiesarenotinbreachofcontractforanyperiodoftimeinwhichtheparty
canprovethebankingsystemand/orFederalReserveisholdingthefundsinescrowforthe
benefitofBUYERand/orSELLER,whilesuchinstitutiontakesanystepstoensurethevalidityof
thetransaction.
