OF MATERIALS AND STAGING ACTIVITIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN WETLANDS. ANY NEWLY PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION CAN NOT PROCEED IN THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION AREA.

STAGING/STORAGE AREAS SITUATED IN UNDEVELOPED LOCATIONS MUST FIRST BE INSPECTED BY A PARK BIOLOGIST.
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CLEARLY MARK THE BOUNDARIES OF ALL APPROVED STAGING OR STORAGE AREAS LOCATED (3) THE PROCESS DESCRIBED ABOVE SHALL BE REPEATED FOR EACH DAY OF CONSTRUCTION PROPOSED DURING THE

OUTSIDE THE PROJECT LIMITS OF CONSTRUCTION IN UNDEVELOPED AREAS AND THESE BOUNDARIES MUST BE SHOREBIRD NESTING SEASON, UNLESS AN ALTERNATIVE PROCESS IS APPROVED BY THE FWC.

APPROVED BY THE PARK MANAGER OR MANAGER’S DESIGNEE PRIOR TO CONTRACTOR’S USE OF THESE AREAS.
(4) NO CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ARE ALLOWED DURING THE SHOREBIRD NESTING SEASON WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING

6. IMPORTED FILL IS PROHIBITED WITHOUT THE OWNER WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. FILL MATERIAL REQUIRED TO BRING THE PARK BIOLOGIST’S AUTHORIZATION TO CONDUCT WORK IN A SPECIFIED AREA. CONSTRUCTION IN AREAS NOT

WASHOUT AREAS OF THE EXISTING ASPHALT ROADWAY TO SUITABLE GRADE FOR STABILIZATION SHALL BE OBTAINED PREVIOUSLY INSPECTED BY THE PARK BIOLOGIST AND APPROVED FOR CONSTRUCTION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

FROM THE SITES GRADING OPERATIONS. THE INTENT IS FOR THE CONTRACTOR TO GRADE AND COMPACT THE
EXISTING SUBGRADE SOILS, THEN CONSTRUCT THE TYPICAL SECTION AT GRADE.
14. IT IS NOTED THAT THE 300-FOOT BUFFER ZONE ADDRESSED IN NOTE 13 ABOVE CONSTITUTES THE LISTED SHOREBIRD

7. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT TO THE ENGINEER FOR REVIEW THE MANUFACTURERS DATA AND MATERIAL SAMPLES BUFFER PRESENTLY RECOMMENDED BY THE FWC. IF PROJECT CONSTRUCTION IS APPROVED TO OCCUR DURING THE

IN THE SECTION 104 EROSION CONTROL PLAN, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL IDENTIFY

THE PROCEDURES FOR APPLYING FERTILIZERS AND PESTICIDES. THE PROPOSED
PROCEDURES SHALL COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE SUBSECTIONS OF EITHER SECTION
570 OR 575 OF THE SPECIFICATIONS.

2.C.5 TOXIC SUBSTANCES:

IN THE SECTION 104 EROSION CONTROL PLAN, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE A
LIST OF TOXIC SUBSTANCES THAT ARE LIKELY TO BE USED ON THE JOB AND
PROVIDE A PLAN ADDRESSING THE GENERATION, APPLICATION, MIGRATION, STORAGE,
AND DISPOSAL OF THESE SUBSTANCES.
