Cascaval pane
Ingrediente:
- 100 - 200 g cascaval
- un ou
- pesmet
- faina
- ulei
Mod de preparare:

Tai cascavalul in felii de 1 cm grosime, in bucati potrivite. Feliile le treci prin lapte sau apa si apoi prin
faina, ou (bine batut cu fruculita pana cand se face putina spuma) si la urma prin pesmet. Pregatesti astfel
toate feliile.

Pui la infierbantat o tigaie goala, 3 - 4 minute, la foc mic (nu direct pe flacara). Se pune ulei cat sa o acopere
in strat subtire (2 - 3 mm) si imediat se asaza feliile de cascaval care se prajesc pe ambele parti, pana cand
se rumenesc si cascavalul se moaie.

Trebuie sa le servesti imediat, altfel se vor intari.

Alternativ, painea se poate praji si fara ulei, pe o plita, timp de 1 minut pe fiecare parte. Ia un cutit si
realizeaza trei taieturi in fiecare felie, apoi foloseste un catel de usturoi pentru a freca painea si a-i da aroma.
Fiecare felie se unge apoi cu o jumatate de lingurita de ulei de masline (aceasta este o metoda traditionala de
a face bruschte).
4. Pune toppingul din rosii pe fiecare felie, pe partea data cu ulei, cu ajutorul unei linguri. Trebuie sa faci
acest lucru exact inainte de a servi bruschetele, deoarece ele se pot inmuia daca lasi rosiile pe ele prea mult
timp.

Aperitiv cu somon afumat si crema de branza


Ingrediente: 150 g de somon afumat, 150 g de crema de branza (preparata in casa sau cumparata), o
ceapa medie, un castravete, o rosie, doua linguri de suc de lamaie, marar sau alte verdeturi, piper.

Preparare
Marunteste somonul, amesteca-l cu crema de branza, ceapa si verdeata tocate cat mai marunt, pana la
omogenizare. Adauga sucul de lamaie si piper dupa gust. Aseaza pe un platou feliile de castravete, carora le
poti face un model pe margine, si aranjeaza pasta de somon pe ele. Decoreaza cu fire de verdeata si cu felii de
rosie.



Penne salmone
Ingrediente penne salmone:
- 500 g macaroane
- 150 g somon afumat
- O ceapa
- Sofran
- Patrunjel
- 400 ml smantana
- Vodka
- Ulei de masline
- Sare
- Piper
Pui ceapa la prajit intr-o tigaie mare cu ulei. Adaugi somonul taiat in fasii, putina vodka si se lasa pana se
evapora vodka. Pui smantana, sofran, sare si piper.

Intre timp, fierbi macaroanele in apa clocotita cu sare. Apoi, le scoti, le lasi sa se scurga si le pui in tigaia cu
somon, lasandu-le cateva secunde.

Trufe cu branza feta

100 g crema de branza


100 g branza feta sfaramata
jumatate de lingurita de sos Worchestershire
2 lingurite de ceapa taiata fin
un sfert de lingurita de piper negru
jumatate de cana de patrunjel maruntit

Preparare
1. Amesteca primele 5 ingrediente cu ajutorul unui mixer. Acopera amestecul si lasa sa se raceasta cel putin
1 ora ca sa se mai intareasca (poti sa-l lasi in frigider pana la 3 zile)
2. Formeaza bilute din amestecul de branza. Ruleaza fiecare biluta in patrunjel. Serveste-le imediat sau
acopera si lasa sa se raceasca pana la servire.
Deoarece este una dintre retetele de aperitiv de inspiratie greceasca, serveste-le impreuna cu felii de
castravete, rosii cherry, masline si migdale intregi.

Ingrediente biscuii de ciocolat raw:
2 ceti fin de ovz
ceac pud raw de cacao
ceac unt de cocos
1/2 ceac sirop de agave

Mod de preparare biscuii:
Amestecai toate ingredientele uscate ntr-un blender. Separat, amestecai ntr-un castron ingredientele
umede. Adugai peste ingredientele uscate i amestecai n blender pn la omogenizare complet. Dac
aluatul nu se leag, putei aduga puin ap. Taiai forme de biscuii sau formai dicuri cu mna liber, dup ce
ai rulat aluatul pe coli de hrtie de copt. Dai la congelator pentru circa 2 ore, sau pn se ntrete i
rcete aluatul.

Sarmale raw

4 foi de varz mari i cu nervuri mai subiri
1 ardei gras rou (sau kapia, dac este ecologic)

Mod de preparare:
Pentru a pregti frunzele, tiai prile mai fibroase ale tulpinii dac este necesar, apoi lsai-le la nmuiat n
ap cldu cu puin zeam de lmie. Tergei frunzele dup ce le scoatei din marinat cu un ervet de
buctrie din hrtie.

Tiai fructul de avocado i ardeiul gras felii.

Amestecai ntr-un blender nucile, sosul de soia, usturoiul, ghimbirul i uleiul de msline pn obinei o past
omogen.

8 ardei grai roii
1 ceap
2 linguri de stafide
200 g cucu
1 lingur de ulei de msline
1 glbenu de ou
2 lingur de unt
2 linguri de ment tocat
sare, piper


Se spal ardeii i se scot capetele. Se nltur seminele i se spal fiecare ardei nuntru.
Se cur i se toac ceapa. Se topete untul ntr-o tigaie i se clete ceapa. Se spal stafidele cu ap rece
i se las s se scurg.

Se toarn uleiul n 150 ml de ap, se adaug sare i se fierbe. Se presar cucuul n apa fiart, se amestec
uor i se ia de pe foc. Se acoper i se las deoparte, timp de 5 minute.
Se amestec ceapa tocat i cucuul, se adaug stafidele, menta tocat, piperul i glbenuul.
Se umplu ardeii grai cu amestecul de mai sus, se acoper cu capetele tocate i se pun n tav. Se toarn
puin ap i se pun n cuptorul prenclzit. Se coc 20 de minute, la 180C. Se servesc calde sau reci. Se
decoreaz cu ment.

Vegan Cream Cheese Filled Sweet Pepper Rings

Ingredients:

1 tub Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
1 dash cayenne - probably about 1/8 teaspoon - adjust to your liking

1 bag of mini sweet peppers

Directions:

Empty the container of tofutti better than cream cheese into a bowl and mix in the
chives and cayenne.
Trim off both ends of the pepper and stuff from the top until the mixture starts to come
out the bottom.
Level it off, top and bottom.
Lay the stuffed peppers on their sides and slice into rings of about 1/2 inch.
Be sure to wipe your knife after each slice.
Arrange on a pretty platter and serve chilled.

No Bake Blueberry Lime Cheesecake



INGREDIENTS
5 graham cracker rectangles (1 package typically has 9 crackers; it will
yield a heaping cup crumbs)
Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter, melted
1 (8oz) package Neufchatel cream cheese
1 (8oz) tub light cool whip
cup powdered sugar
zest of 1 lime
1 Tbsp lime juice
cup frozen or fresh blueberries, roughly chopped
In a food processor, crush graham crackers until fine crumbs. Add sugar
and melted butter, mix until all the crumbs are wet. Press into the bottom
of 5 (5oz) cups (I got mine at Dollar Tree).
INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a medium sized bowl, blend the cream cheese, cool whip, powdered
sugar, lime zest and lime juice with a handheld mixer until combined. Fold
in the chopped blueberries.
2. Scoop the cheesecake mixture into a plastic bag (it might be runny and
messy, so be careful), cut off the corner, and pipe the filling into the cups
on top of the graham cracker crusts. Top with extra blueberries, cover
with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for a couple of hours to overnight, just
to help it set up.
3. If you eat these cheesecake cups immediately, the texture will be more like
yogurt instead of puffy no-bake cheesecake. Keep stored in the refrigerator
for up to 7 days.

No Bake Caramel Cheesecake Mousse
Yield: 6-8 servings, depending on size

16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup caramel sauce, warm enough to pour, but not hot
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, about 10 crackers worth
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup light brown sugar

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Set aside. Cream
together the cream cheese and the sugar until smooth. Slowly add the cream, mixing
until well combined. Stir in the lemon juice and vanilla. Set out 4-6 small jars and
scoop 2-3 tablespoons of the graham cracker mixture into each jar. Press the crumbs
down to form the bottom crust. You'll want to use about 2/3 of the crumb mixture for
the bottom layers.

Scoop about half of the cheesecake filling into each jar and spread it across the crumb
layer. Drizzle a tablespoon or so of caramel over the filling and then scoop another
layer of cheesecake on top of the caramel. Top with another drizzle of caramel and
sprinkle with the remaining graham cracker crumbs. Chill for an hour or overnight
