Should Same-Sex Marriages Be Legalizing?
Legalizing same-sex marriage support has been increasing, recognized as a social and
civil right, is a political issue around the world. Same sex marriage must to be legalized in each
state of United States. There are important legal benefits, rights and privileges provided by
Federal Law that same-marriage couples cant receive, some of them have been specially harm,
because also experiment discrimination, in fact many of them have spent the last, 10, 20 or 50
years with the same person raising children. In 2013 16 countries allow the same-sex marriage
across the world ( Freedom to marry) indicating that the ideologies of many people had changed,
for example in U.S.A, by 2013 58% support legalization of same-sex marriage increasing in 33%
compared with 25% in 1996. (A Legal Guide for Lesbian & Gay couples) Recently studies have
been shown that parents financially, psychological and fiscal well-being is enhanced by
marriage and that children benefits from being raised by two parents with a legally-recognition
union, there is ample evidence to show that children raised by same gender (lesbian, gay or
bisexual) parents as well as those raised by heterosexual parents, in addition engaging in a social
role reduce aggression and promiscuity. The support of same-sex marriage is rising because
different groups of people have changed their opinion (political, religion, race, gender, and age.)
Benefits and responsibilities must to extended to a minority groups, parents sexual orientation is
not unrelated with their sons orientation, sexuality is a normal expression of human sexuality that
is not chosen, children can be benefit in numerous ways, they need who take care of them only.

Social media have played an important role, by this way many groups like LGBT promoting
ideas that help another people to understand their situation, also important and famous persons
have served as witnesses to a gay marriage, showing support to them, others have used the media
to show freely or openly their sexual preference.
The opposite generally grounded in parents and religion concepts, statement that
legalizing same-sex marriage would convey a society approval of a homosexual lifestyle,
which the Bible call sinful and dangerous individually an socially, they claim that children do
best when raised by mother and father, the contrary would have harmfully effects on biological
family, and they think that the same-sex marriage will eventually lead to the legalization of
polygamy and poyamory (group marriage.) They have not the right to be legally married,
because have been broken the law of God, especially if they have or are planning to raise
children.
Celina Martinez was interviewed about her opinion concerning with marriages of the
same sex, she is a teenager, she have a brother that is gay and her best friend that has been raised
by parents of the same sex (lesbian) she have been participating in some movements supporting
her brother, But she said that she have special interest in legalizing marriages of the same sex all
over the country, because her best friend had to move to another state, because not all the states
in USA have been approve gay marriages. Her best friend parents have many years like couples,
but they cannot take advantages or privileges from the government. Economic benefits like
make their income tax together, family medical assistance, qualify to buy a house. She is waiting
to have 18 year and vote for people that help others to have the same rights.

Do you think parents preference sexual affect their children? No, definitely no, because I
have friend raised by parents of the same sex and they have heterosexual preference. Kids only
need their parent to care of them.
What do you think about the religion position? I do not know much about what the Bible
said, I only know that everybody is created by God. He is perfect, so, if the angels do not have
sex or gender, show me that God is looking for another things in a person, not only for their
sexual preference.
Celina, is 19 years old, she tall me that one of her best friend was raised for a couple of
lesbians and there are not any problem about her sexual preference and she said that she will vote
for marriage legalization laws. She tall me that new laws can help her friends with discrimination
too, because they have to face discrimination from people and they cannot feel protection.
Another
Perhaps, people like Celina, with friends or families with same sex sexual preference,
help to support movements to enforce same rights to everybody. Like a mother of three kids, I
only understand that no matter the sexual preference of my kids I always will love them. Many
people think that government needs to supervise adoption of kids, because like in other group of
people there are persons that commercialize with kids or abuse them.
Additionally, with only some states legalizing marries with the same sex, some of then
must to leave their house to move to another state where matrimonies gay are legal. Everybody
must to have the same right, in each state of the United States.
