The school will celebrate its 10

foundation day this coming October 1-5, 2013. In line with this, our
department is requesting your good office to support the activity by getting official referees to officiate
our basketball and volleyball event(s) for better and successful outcome of our sports fest 2013.
Here is the quotation budget for the said activity.
Basketball officials
Referee for basketball - 350 pesos /per game
Referees 2 x 350 = 700 pesos per game
Total no. of games = 20
Group B
5 teams no. of games 8 including championship game.
= 6 games - elimination round x 700 php = 4,200 php
= 2 games finals x 700 php = 1400 php
Group A
7 teams no. of games 12 including championship game.
= 10 games elimination round x 700 =7,000 php
= 2 games finals x 700 php = 1400 php
Total budget for basketball referee = 14,000 php
