A list of organizing committee and working committee

Details of the guest or VIP who attend the event

6.0 Postmortem report


Please write about and whatever happened in the events, tentative of the program,
participants, transportation, sub-bureaus duties and etc.

Income and expenditure for the event

Outgoing letters, incoming letters, photo’s and etc.
