Current service provider : TZF Elevator Service & Maintenance Sdn Bhd


~ Those are the reason & impact why the current elevator maintenance service provider
have to be change to the original service provider for safety purposes.

1) Not competent and not experts with the elevator brand
Didnt use an original parts
Short lifespan
Short term warranty
Cost increased to change for a new parts
Susceptible to damage
Easily damaged
2) Have to wait for the right person to come and repair
The technician can do servicing work only not repair
They have to call the experts on the specific elevator brand if the elevator
breakdown and it will take some time for them to arrive and some other cases
takes several days which interfere the daily operations.
3) Irresponsible and no honesty
We have spotted that some of the parts were missing
Parts also been exchange
They are also modified the parts but claims new to us
4) Unprofessional
No call centre that manage the emergency calls.
They give the technician number for in case of breakdown
The emergency calls cannot be reached (Dialled the emergency number)
and the excuse they gave is on the motorbike.

~ Based on the above, we conclude that Option 1 is more effective than Option 2
because it is more real and can be done effectively. By choosing option 2, there
maybe a lot of problem will arise/occur that can threaten the safety of users.
