Grasas saturadas Son slidas, su consumo excesivo eleva los niveles de colesterol malo
Se encuentran en: productos lcteos , carne, huevo, manteca, aceite de coco.
Grasas insaturadas Son lquidas a temperatura ambiente, se les conoce como aceites. Son las ms benficas para el cuerpo humano porque disminuyen el riesgo de acumular colesterol malo
Se encuentran en: aceites de semillas (girasol y maz), frutas (aceituna y aguacate) y en frutos secos (cacahuate, almendra y nuez)
FATS
They are organic compounds composed of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen, are in liquid or solid form. They are also called lipids.

saturated Fat They are solid, excessive eating raises levels of "bad cholesterol"
Found in: dairy products, meat, eggs, butter, coconut oil.
unsaturated fats They are liquid at room temperature, are known as oils. They are the most beneficial to the human body because they reduce the risk of accumulating "bad cholesterol"
Found in: seed oils (sunflower and corn), fruits (olive and avocado) and nuts (peanuts, almonds and walnuts)
