Active in/class participation is an essential part of completing this course successfully. &f you are distracted with technology or conversation unrelated to the course content, you will receive a % for participation that day. Late Assignments: Assignments will be accepted for full credit up to one week before the end of a Auarter. 9owever, assignments will be given a ero in the grade book until students come in during ofice hours and are present throughout the amount of time it takes for me grade any given assignment. 7his is a "rst/come, "rst/served basis. &f this is not completed during the allotted time, the grade will remain a ero for the assignment. Cheating: &ntegrity and ethics are paramount to achieving success in life. 0heating will not be permitted in class. 0heating is taking credit for another2s work, &f you are caught cheating, you will be sent to the ofice, and will have to make up the test, Aui, or assignment in detention. Additionally, you will be asked to complete an additional assignment on integrity and ethics.
