Indian National Lok Dal was
constituted on 29th April, 1998 and
as per their official website, any
person, who has been finally
convicted by any court under IPC for
any heinous crime shall not be
eligible to become a member of INLD,
where as Ch. Om Parkash Chautala,
who has been convicted by the court
of law, still continue as party
National President, which is clear
cut violation of the constitution of
the party.
It would be pertinent to mention
here that INLD, which is a
registered party with the Election
Commission of India and I here by
lodged this complaint about said
violation of the rules and
regulations framed by the party,
which is recognized by the ECI and
62 candidates have been declared by
the party yet, to contest the
Assembly election in Haryana, rest
candidates be declared soon out of
90.
