MOTION TO WITHDRAW COMPLAINT

COMES NOW, the undersigned Complainant ________________ to
the Honorable City Prosecutors Office, most respectfully avers that;
1. On ________________ a complaint for Frustrated Murder was filed
by the undersigned against _________ and ___________ for the
serious head injuries sustained by my son last July 20, 2014 while he
was attending a birth day of his friend ______________ at Brgy.
Miranda, Babak District, IGACOS.
2. That before the complaint for Frustrated Murder was resolved
unfortunately my son Jenzel del Rosario died last July 26, 2014 at
SPMC.

Premises considered it is most respectfully prayed of to the
Honorable City Prosecutor that the complaint for Frustrated Murder be
formally withdrawn and a complaint for Murder will be filed immediately
against the same respondent _____________ and ______________
