Vendors are responsible for set up and complete clean up of their own booths and exhibits
The event starts at 12pm and ends at 5pm. Set up mes start at 10am. Vendors must be present by 11am or forfeit their spot
Electricity will be not provided. You are welcome to bring your own source for electricity.
Pets and/or children must be supervised by the vendor at all mes.
Returned checks will be charged a 20.00 return fee and all bank fees accrued
We will do our best to accommodate all requests however there are no guarantees of locaon assignments
Fee for vendor space is $25.00. Vendor fees can be paid online at www.crmmjohnsoncounty.weebly.com using paypal, a free and safe way to pay.
Vendor approval will be subject to events needs and space available. Duplicate vendors and similar items will not be permied for protecon of sales to the
vendors. Vendors will be contacted if they are selected to parcipate in the Johnson County Shootout. Approval will be considered by event coordinators and
aer rental fees have cleared.
Space provided will be 12x12 area. If you need addional space you may purchase another vendor spot for an addional $25

LIABILITY: The Circuit Riders Motorcycle Ministry and Smokin
Barrels Custom Gunsmithing are not responsible for stolen or
damaged merchandise. The Circuit Riders Motorcycle Ministry
and the Smokin Barrels Custom Gunsmithing are not
responsible or liable for any injuries for an accident occurring
throughout the event including while the vendor is transporting or
removing their products. The Circuit Riders Motorcycle Ministry
and Smokin Barrels Custom Gunsmithing accepts no
responsibility for reimbursement associated with returned checks
or declined credit card payments, etc. The Vendor is responsible
for transporting and removing the goods to and from the Vendor
area in a safe and courteous manner.
WAIVER: RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS
AND INDEMNITY AGREE- MENT is consideration of the
rental of the vendor area. I hereby agree to as follows:
The Vendor is responsible for leaving the area in the
condition that is originally received i.e. removal of all debris
such as boxes and trash. To waive all claims that I may have
in the future against the Circuit Riders Motorcycle Ministry
and Smokin Barrels Custom Gunsmithing and their
directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives
(all of whom are hereinafter collectively referred to as "the
Releasees) and to the Releasees from any and all liability of
any loss, damage, injury or expense that I may suffer as a
result of arising out of any aspect of my use of the Vendor
area due to any cause whatsoever, including negligence or
theft; or in respect of the provisions of the failure to provide
any warnings, directions, instructions, or guidance as to the
use of the Vendor are except if the claim is the result of the
Circuit Riders Motorcycle Ministry and Smokin Barrels
Custom Gunsmithing
To hold harmless and indemnify the Releases from any and
all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense to any
third party, resulting from the Vendor area. The agreement
shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin,
executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in
the event of my death or incapacity.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS AGREEMENT
AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT
I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY
HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS
AND ASSIGNS MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES.
