BRIDGEPORT, W.V. Senator Bob Beach (D-Monongalia), lead sponsor of SB 209, along
with co-sponsoring Senators Ron Miller (D-Greenbrier), Don Cookman (D-Hampshire), Chris
Walters (R-Kanawha) and Rocky Fitzsimmons (D-Ohio) will be presenting Bryan Moore with a
token of their appreciation for being the inspiration behind the law.
The law allows special needs students to participate in graduation ceremonies of his or her same
grade classmates.
