Terms & Conditions
1. Goods should be accompanied by challan in triplicate, and Must bear our purchase order no. & Sr. No.
2. The goods are to be delivered within the time specified in the order, failing which we shall be all liberty to cancel the order.
3. The quality of the supplies is to be approved by us and our approval or rejection will be final.
4. Rejected goods are to be removed from the factory premises within 48 hours on receipt of intimation failing which company will not be responsible
for any loss or damage to the goods.
5. It shall be supplier's responsibility to weigh or count the goods while effecting the delivery.
6. Payment should be made without prejudice to our rights against party executive order.
7. Rejected printed packing material will not be returned but will be destroyed in our factory.
