What does activate the language
partnership mean?
This programme aims to enhance the
use of the language under study by
means of having conversation lessons
in which the volunteers, which are
native speakers of the language under
study, share some of their time with
the learners of the language. This
way the learners may achieve the
linguistic key competences to speak
and may strengthen their learning.
What may learners achieve?
To feel at home when arriving in a
new place/ a new residence.
To practise the colloquial language
when speaking with other people.
To improve the linguistic skills
in order to improve the academic
results.
To form relationships with people
from different nationalities so
as to avoid a situation of social
marginalization.
To immerse oneself in the linguistic
and cultural diversity.
