2K WATER BASED PU COATING FOR CONCRETE FLOOR

Description: Kanfloor TC 111 is a waterborne 2k polyurethane clear coating based on
polyacrylate dispersion and polyisocyanate crooslinker.

POTENTIAL APPLICATION AREAS

Clear top coat for concrete floor
Clear top coat for stucco and stone paint
Clear top coat for stone cladding
Interior wall for clean rooms, eg.food processing plant, electronic
industries.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
New Concrete Surface
Cement concrete surface should be free from dust , loose particles and oils. A loose
particle should be removed by washing or blown air. Apply KANTHANE TC-111 at a
spread rate of 50-60 sq.ft/ kg/ coat depending on the porosity of the concrete. Allow 4-5
hrs. to dry, if possible wait 24 hours before application.



Application of 2K WB PU Coatings

Stir part A well and then pour part B into part A. Stir the mixed paint
thoroughly before use.
Recommend to use power mixing tools.
Mix only enough paint to be used up before pot life.
There is no obviously viscosity increasing for 2K WB products. The pot life must be
controlled by the time after mixing. Any paints above pot life cannot be used.
High temperature will shorten the pot life.
