Phillips Center for Research, Dr. Timothy W. Bothell provides consult- ing services for Fortune 500 companies and facilitates measurement workshops at conferences, public locations, and private locations. His expertise in measurement and evaluation is based on more than seven years of experience with educational institutions and three years of experience with corporate clients from many industries. Bothell began working at the Franklin Covey Jack Phillips Center for Research in 1997. He facilitates approximately 14 impact studies a month that provide results across all five levels of evaluation, includ- ing ROI. Bothell leads Franklin Coveys one-day private and public workshops and is involved in research and publishing that supports the knowledge and development of assessment, measurement, and evaluation. Bothells most recent presentations include Measuring Return on Investment of Training, given at the most recent ASTD international conference, SHRM and ASTD local chapter meetings, the ASTD Tech Knowledge Conference, and at many custom seminars. His most recent publication was Measuring the Impact of Learning and Performance (In: Phillips J.J. (ed.), Measuring Learning and Performance, Alexandria, VA: ASTD, 1999). Bothell has an undergraduate degree in psychology, a masters degree in technology education, and a Ph.D. in instructional psychology, all from Brigham Young University. G. Lynne Snead Lynne Snead is the program author and developer of Franklin Coveys Planning for Results project and workload management sem- inar. She is currently the Director of the Franklin Covey Center for Project and Workload Management. She has presented the program to thousands of individuals in major corporations throughout the United States, as well as Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Franklin Covey, Snead served as Project Manager for a computer company specializing in the engineering, design, and manu- facture of custom communications products.
