As a renowned Chef and business person, you have decided to expand your business and open
up a new establishment in _________________________ (City/ Spanish speaking country). You
have been tasked to prepare and design a menu for your new restaurant!

Instrucciones:
Create your own menu using the vocabulary list. The following criteria must be met in order to
get full credit on this project.
1. Give your restaurant a name in Spanish as well as a logo. Write the business address
(direccion), telephone number ( telefono) and hours of operation ( horario).
2. You must decorate your menu and make it look as authentic as possible. Include at least
8 pictures in the menu. The pictures must be relevant to the menu items.
3. You must label your meals in Spanish. For plates that include more than one food item,
describe the combo items just as you would see on an actual restaurant menu.
4. You must include at least two regional dishes (appetizers or main dishes) from the
country where your restaurant is located.
5. You must include 1 typical drink or dessert from the region.
6. You must include a childrens menu.
7. Write a sentence saying thank you and come back soon)
8. Dont forget to include prices for each food item listed in local currency, not dollars!

restaurant using your men.
1. You will greet the waitress according to the time of the day that I will give to you before
you start your presentation.
2. You will ask for a table for two people.
3. You will order food and beverage.
4. You will answer the question about the food, complainign about flavor or using any
other expression learned in class.
5. You will ask for something else (fork, napkin, more wter, more pop, etc)
6. You will ask for the bill. Ask if you are allowed to use dollars to pay the bill.
7. Say thank you and goodbye.
8. Talk to your friend about the service, the restaurant decoration, the music, the food.
