all changes noted herein. All items set forth in this addendum shall be as though set forth in the said
RFP and shall be subject to all the terms and conditions contained therein.

Bidders shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 02 in their proposal as indicated in the
Instructions to Bidders.
