Toolbar

1. New - opens a new, blank form to allow you to enter a new record.
2. Find... - the Find window.
3. Show Navigator switches to the Navigator window, which remains open during your session.
4. Save - saves your data.
5. Next Step - selects advances you to the next step of a process
6. Switch Responsibilities - opens the list of your responsibilities for you to choose another.
7. Print - prints the current screen. In some cases it may print an associated report.
8. Close Form - closes all windows of the current form.
9. Cut - cuts the current selection to the clipboard.
10. Copy - copies the current selection to the clipboard.
11. Paste - pastes from the clipboard into the current field.
12. Clear Record - erases the current record from the form.
13. Delete - deletes the current record from the database.
14. Edit Field... - displays the Editor window for the current field.
15. Zoom - customer-defined drill-down behavior.
16. Translations... - opens the Translations window
17. Attachments - opens the Attachments window. If attachments already exist, the icon appears as
a paperclip holding paper.
18. Folder Tools - opens the Folder Tools palette window
19. Alter Effective Date... allows you to change the effective date you are working with.
20. Date Track History... shows the Date Track History of data, if available, otherwise disabled.
21. Export Data... triggers the export of data using Oracle Web ADI, which must be set up first.
22. Window Help - online help for the current window.
