With reference to your recent interview with us, we are pleased to make an offer of employment to you
as “Management Trainee - Sales” for Delhi location.

Compensation as already discussed and agreed with you, is appended in the Annexure. On the date of
joining, you shall be given an Appointment Letter.

You will be on probation for a period of six months. Being a career growth company there will be a
performance review at the end of your probation period.

You are required to join duty on 15th December, 2009.

Your offer may be withdrawn if you do not join Helix Technology Solutions Private Limited on the
proposed date and do not intimate us of the same.
