SLASD Grassroots Coalition is made up of over
100 parents, students, community members, and teachers from 10
different community organizations.

We have been meeting for the last year and a half and in May we led
a prominent action announcing the community's demands for the
schools our students deserve. This Thursday is our kickoff event for
this school year a year that will be full of action and organizing!
