AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT PLAN

Purpose of these two papers
For the class to undergo hands on training in evaluating problems of
organizational emanating from concerns on human behavior (e.g. employee
expectations, etc)

How to select organization
Choose organization that you are interested to know more about
You can choose offices in DLSU
You can also work with your instructor for a research paper (select
number only)
You can choose any office outside DLSU
Make sure that this organization will cooperate with you
Make sure that at any point in time you can observe the behavior of
staff/workers of the organization
In your syllabus, you are given one choice --- medium scale enterprise. But
we can choose to pick out from small to large scale enterprises. Make sure
your class will have fair distribution of these enterprises as case
observations.
